Teltronic PR-280

Hi, I have a Teltronic Pr-280 here witch requires a password to getting programmed, but I don't know it. Is there a way that i can programm the radio with new data without the password. I have Software v4.06 is there a way that i can fix the problem with this software, or is a special software required to do this and if so, is there sombody out who have this software and can help me to solved this problem.
